Refill the ink cartridges as soon as the cartridge empty: 1. To avoid ink dry at the print head nozzles (clogged). 2. To avoid broken of electronic circuit of print head. 3. To avoid ink drying inside the cartridge sponge. 4. Don't put any adhesive tape on the print head nozzles. 5. Don't use any cheapest ink for refilling the cartridges. 6. Refill your cartridges at Vinusa Ink, best price and best quality.

1. Turn off printer. 2. Push and Hold STOP/RESET button. 3. Push and Hold POWER button. 4.  Release STOP/RESET button, then push STOP/RESET button 2x. 5. Release all buttons. 5. Wait until the MAIN LED lamp (not POWER LED) shows 0. 6. Push  STOP/RESET button 4x. 7. Push  POWER button 1x (paper roller will spin, POWER LED blinking). 8. Wait until the POWER LED stop blinking and printer standby. 9. Push  POWER LED to turn off. 10. Push again to turn on. Finish. Printer can be used normally. Good luck!!!

If your printer can't do printing job and on the screen monitor mentioned "The following ink have run out" , so what you have to do is: PUSH and HOLD  resume button (orange blinking) for 5 seconds (minimum). This methode can be applied for Black and Color cartridges. Then the printer can print normally again. But, the ink level indication will be off. Good luck!

* Printer have to be used at least 2x a week to avoid print head clogged. * Open CISS tube holes if you want to use the printer, close after finished. * If you won't use the printer for long time period, please hold the ink rope with paper clip. Have a good printing job!!!
